Standard Shipping

• For New Zealand: $6.50 flat rate.

• International: $25 flat rate.

Once your order is processed, we aim to ship your items within 2-3 business days. For New Zealand, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For international orders, please note that we only ship twice a week, and shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Return Policy

At Te Ao Haurongo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (e.g., the original receipt).

• Timeframe: You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at teaohaurongo@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds

• Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process. Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the exchange and notify you of any differences in price.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products

• Perishable goods (e.g., certain herbal blends)

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount
